  • Prescribing and managing orthoses for LLD
  • Managing overuse injuries effectively
  • How to manage the injured runner
  • Designing rehab and strength & conditioning programmes
  • Advising patients confidently on running footwear
  • How to change running form & drills to improve efficiency
  • Understanding tissue response to load and how to off-load injured tissue
  • Real-time CAD design and 3D print of orthoses for our subject
